Just wanted to go back and feel some nostalgia for these overly dramatic early metalcore releases. And this one fucks! Lyrics on this could fill the bible but the riffs are hard and interesting. Vocals are a bit tiring after a little while but the sheer angst of this record makes it more than worth it.

This album really suffers from a lack of direction. Incredible vocal prowess and some impressive instrumentals but you can barely tell one track from another. Craig Owens carries as a feature, like he always does, but this album is fine in its own right. It's very much just an amalgamation of (fairly similar) tracks and not necessarily distinct musical experiences, however.
