This one fills me with all sorts of feelings. The guitar sound is distant and hollow yet feels so melodic and strong at breaks. Everything on this record makes total sense and has a grand vision of what it means to "feel" the music. Songs are distinct with the desolate vocals binding it together in a tight bundle. Don't know whether to move or just sit in silence while experiencing this one, fucking insane.

"We're Haywire, this first song is called Haywire, the lyrics are Haywire"
Can't wait to see these fuckers live. Experience will probably be totally different. For now both Haywire and Like a Train are incredible bangers.
Gritty, slimey and punk. This album works as a whole and restates the idea of how medieval peasants aren't too far away from today's working class. The melodic nature of the guitars and synths in the interludes are in stark contrast to how much noise is over the vocals. Guitar tone is unique and works for the band. One of the more unique bands out there.
Favourite tracks - Hymn From The Hills, Pilgrimage
Heavy yet melodic. The album is a bit of a slow burner putting itself in a more sludge focused sub section of metalcore. The vocals are straightforward and the instrumentals get a bit repetitive after a while. Finishing track is incredible though.
Favourite tracks - Forever, An Angel Entombed
Bassy and slow, drums are funky and the vocals are tone deaf. Love the reverb on them tho. Quick and snappy EP I won't revisit probably ever.
