Spread across five tracks with assistance from a boast-worthy line up of artists including Loyle Carner, Col3trane, FARR, Sophie Faith, Linden Jay and Pip Millett, we journey through an array of emotions that each tell their own narrative.
Production is lovely and Erick gets much more personal than he usually does on FBZ records. Pretty good EP.
One note, but it's a satisfying note. 17 minutes of chill, laid back hip-hop with personal lyricism. Should be a nice moment for any FBZ/Beast Coast fans.
Extremely well written. I thoroughly enjoyed the calmness, and the sound of the EP as a whole, and especially the message on top of it. Something I will for sure be coming back to.
so damn pretty and just shows how luscious erick's production gets when he is in his own. relistening post "i've never been here before" shows that his sound got a little more refined (as if there was any need for that, still a step in a very nice direction).

It's a nice and easy to listen to EP, but unfortunately not memorable enough for me to want to return to it much. Erick provides pretty enjoyable production, and the features don't disappoint, but this project lacks some umph to it.
