Un album entre jazz pompeux et passages légèrement math-rock, c'est irréprochable aux niveaux techniques , je dirais trop lisse et lèché pour moi, manque un petit soupçon de folie, trop net et propre à mon gout ! Sinon on entend bien le travail acharné ou les capacités de chaque musiciens, de la haute voltige !
Monobody redeem themselves a bit on their third (and final?) record, featuring their best post-debut tracks in the form of Atala and Phaon Crescent which are absolutely superb. The rest of the tracks definitely fail to reach those heights, but this is still a solid jazz-math fusion time
This is basically the same as their last album, except it doesn't have "Ilha Verde" on it, so this is therefore worse. It's a shame that Monobody's sound is getting pretty forgettable.
