A pretty dark and discomforting intersection of industrial and ASMR, it feels a touch gimmicky at times, but there’s no denying the potency of its atmosphere.
Standout: Inverted burning gaze
Favs: Voids, Pure, Possession
Least fav: Holding gallons of pain above my neck
So many that try to create a disturbingly traumatic industrial album miss out on what this album possesses: There is so much variety on here while all still remaining sinister throughout. Wicked industrial sounds mixed with brooding drones. Faint, pained tricolore whispers and harrowing screams. Shifting between each consistently through the album to keep it flowing and in motion.
This record is a lot to take in and I’m not sure how I feel about it. Obviously a lot of pain and passion went in to the making of this record and that’s very admirable
