Lost starts off at a damn fantastic start. The first four vocal tracks (Try, Homesick, Hurt, and Without Me) I absolutely love to death and may even say reach greater highs than a lot of the tracks from MitiS's debut, or at least a lot more often. MitiS has produced a variety of EDM sounds and styles in the past couple years, but this project felt a tad derivative and lacking real "oomph" in the creativity department. If this LP came out 8 years ago I would have had different feelings about it, but after almost a decade of these same melodub and future bass sounds, I'm tired of them. That's not to say anything is inherently bad about this project though. It's all just barely above average.

It's great to get an album from MiTiS again, after a few years since the last album. The previous album has grown a lot on me, but it took a while. Lost, on the other hand, hit me relatively quickly.
