I've been hooked on ginger root ever since they slid on my year end list from last year last minute. and this ep furthers my love for some ginger root, as it's just a slick, groovy, cool cross section between bedroom and city pop that I love. It's just so well put together and I've loved every single song Root has put out so far, can't wait to get to their albums

I remember a good friend of mine got me into Ginger Root ages ago, and back then I had basically no knowledge of the wider music world, so I didn’t really understand and it at the time but now that I’ve listened to a lot of classics within the genre of City-Pop, I can really appreciate what Ginger Root does.

It's a good project! Embraces the whole Japanese City pop genre well! Some parts are hit or miss for me, but overall, it's a good listen
