ATLAS have come a long way from their debut and have begun to carve a niche with a personal sound in the metalcore scene by taking the Northcore helm and delving deep into their roots.

I don't think I've ever heard of this band before, but I think they are pretty interesting. This style of progressive djent metalcore is not something I really listen to a lot, I would say it's just not really my thing with a few exceptions here and there. MUCH better than their debut. There’s a thick atmosphere which simply wasn’t present on their debut. Interlude ‘Henki’ is the perfect example, being solely vocal and orchestral, with water rippling underneath. The acoustic and vocal melodies throughout the other tracks frequently channel ‘Codex Omega-‘era Septicflesh- the unique twist they place on this imbues the album with rich emotion and gives Atlas a profound confidence boost.
