Future Shine

This is one of those projects where I got a lot of requests to cover it, and I’m not exactly sure why. I like that flor takes a little more of a rock turn on Future Shine, and sometimes you can't complain about fun, upbeat, optimistic indie pop. It's not reinventing the wheel, or doing anything spectacular and groundbreaking, but it's settled into a role that flor plays very well. It's bright and shining, and laden with love and excitement, for a half hour where you may forget about the pains of the world around you and sink into this dreamy life where everything is a party. ... read more
