Y’all… I’m a sucker for Pop, I’m sorry π
Benson Boone is an artist who started on my favorite talent show: American Idol. He wowed the judges with his unique and pretty boy voice, but then was offered a record deal and he left the show.

Wanted to check this guy out since he has one of the biggest songs in the world right now and I've never heard of him until now. He's got a pretty solid singing voice but good lord these songs are so boring. The songwriting is generic and honestly I'm just quite sick of the sad, over-dramatic, over-produced pop sound that we've gotten so much of over the past 5 years or so. If you're looking for something new or engaging, this isn't the artist for you.

I just started getting into this artist I first heard nights like these on a commercial and im like this sounds really good and now he is one of my favorite artists to listen to
There's no real spark in this EP (even the cover is bland), his voice isn’t my favorite and it feels like listening to the same song eight times…

A few moments it had me with songs like Let me go because his voice sounds amazing and he's able to convey the feelings he's singing about. But then again it has low moments very generic and not too exciting.
