Vibes, the album. So if you want to spend an evening lying down and just stop existing for while then I got an album for you! It doesn't do anything innovative, but regardless of that the execution is just chef's kiss!

[78.21] Emocore vocals over electronic/hip-hop/indie whatever prod. that is, culminates what is supposedly "hypnagogic pop", Puzzle being one of the more renowned artists of that genre from his work last decade. Tracks on "Soaring" will have instrumental intros and outros that make me feel like Puzzle would be a producer before a vocalist, though if I've got that wrong, regardless these were decisions made that bettered this record. I like the vibe a lot. I usually listen to this at winter because it makes me feel like I'm in a Pikachu's Winter Vacation edit...

The overall production quality is very high. It's nothing too out-there but it's well mixed and with a pleasant layering of sounds. I especially appreciate that it isn't bogged down by the need to tailor itself into any sort of genre. This is one of the most boring and uneventful projects I've heard in a while. It sounds like bad 80s roller rink synth pop with cameron winters vocals at its best and poorly produced 2020s tiktok digicore at its worst. There's genuinely nothing going on and most of the tracks here feel unlistenable to me with "Seasick" having the worst produced vocals I have ever heard on a track.
