The album is an intriguing experiment in contrast and contradiction, marked by both absence and presence, noise and silence.

There’s a personal musical language going on here which could be bleak yet, while it’s a million miles from new age yoga niceness, is actually strangely warming.

The number of people who choose to listen to an album that sounds like crashing through a dark forest with a noxious green miasma swirling about your angles is going to be limited. Among dark ambient devotees, though, Deathprod is known as one of the best-of-the-best, and there's good reason.

Unfortunately, nothing here really expands past being interesting sounds or settings, and these pieces don't elevate to the haunting, mesmerizing level of Deathprod's best work.

Menacingly empty dark ambience. I loved it's recurring dramatic rippling metallic sound - it created a great atmosphere of dread. It's droning was well placed, I loved the singular approach it had. Great quietness. I particularly enjoyed 'Composition 1', 'Composition 7', and 'Composition 9'.
