Really solid and traditional hardcore that really serves the meat and potatoes of the genre. The riffing is pretty tight on here and not as chuggy as a lot of their material which is nice change of pace.

Systems Overload takes a much more straight forward hardcore approach. Still bringing in some brutal vocals a large portion of the album falls into the iconic yelling style. A bit of that old school chug has been lost for a different style on this one. Not bad... Just different. A little less iconic.

Integrity’s early work is a true landmark for hardcore & metalcore, & their sophomore album, Systems Overload is an example. It’s not as iconic as their debut, but it’s most definitely a close second. There’s dark riffs, groovy bass licks, the whole vibe is just floor punching aggressiveness. The album is very up front with the 90s hardcore, nothing more & nothing less.
