Decepção.
Apesar de saber que não podia esperar muito do IVE, que apesar de ter ótimas faixas-título, não conseguia provar sua excelência em um projeto completo, ainda assim eu tinha imensas expectativas para este álbum.

IVE estava trazendo uma boa sequência de projetos artísticos que mostraram as artistas como nomes promissores do k-pop. "Eleven" contava com melodias cativantes, por mais que soasse como uma versão genérica da excelente "Rum Pum Pum Pum" de f(x). I’ve never really known what the sound of IVE is like. Every single release they’ve dropped has a different sound from one another. On the surface, “Eleven”, “LOVE DIVE”, and “After Like” are 3 tracks with different genres and sound, but their debut LP tells me that the connecting dots between all of IVE’s tracks is its simple mid-tempo production.

I’ve IVE by IVE is a pretty good album by the group. Released in 2023, I found most of the songs to be pretty enjoyable. The most popular track is I AM, and it was also my favorite from this album. I felt it was really catchy and intriguing, while also having a really good overall concept. There were sone songs that I did not enjoy, being Hypnosis and Kitsch. Both of the songs just didn’t sound that great to me. However, I still would recommend a listen to this album.
