Tom Chaplin is the lead singer of Keane and that band kinda didn't really exist from 2014 til 2018 i feel. In the gap of those years, Chaplin did a solo album... that i totally did know about before 2021 and i've totally had a lot of interest in back in the day. No honestly i first heard this today when i gave it a spin. But it was quite good, especially the second half of the album.
Musically it's not too distant from Keane. The style is similar, albeit a bit more polished and safe at times. ... read more
