I was going into this song with extremely low expectations given that I really disliked their last song "Kitsch" really disappointed me. But wow, this is amazing! Definitely going to listen to the rest of their new album now!

A superb single in a very underwhelming album.
This song itself makes the whole album a 75, at least.

if I was given a chance to score this higher than 100, that's what I would give. I AM is pure pop perfection — the verses, pre-choruses, and choruses are all oddly cohesive despite being quite sonically different. this is the only song to make me cry on first listen. it's their magnum opus and so far they haven't surpassed it yet although Rebel Heart and Blackhole came close to me

My love for this song has definetly dwindled since release but I still enjoy it! It's very 2019 Ava Max-core (like genuinely, this sounds like So Am I).
