lee gamble stops making cool if dull idm and starts making freaking pop music, this sounds like an annoying genre transition but he did do it before people like whoever made great doubt and Milan w, as well as eleven years after Dean Blunt did it. it has the same mushy chord structures as that Milan w album, but here the sounds used feel way more satisfying and blend with the songwriting really nicely, I think they really interlock together.
