As someone who’s been listening to AFI quite a bit lately, I decided to check out this side project’s only release. It’s like a mix of Ministry, Coalesce, and Converge…

And it actively sucks.

Davey’s screams are unbearable, the instrumentals are unqualified to be categorized as any form of punk and sound like they’re being played underwater, and the lyrics mainly consist of nonsensical ranting that would make even Alex Jones weep.

Don't hate this near as much as i thought i would. Though a huge gripe i have is that the songs feel nonsensical and like they lead nowhere. Zero direction whatsoever songwriting-wise. Mix of mathcore, hardcore and some synth punk kinda with the electronic elements. Not bad tbh but i don't see myself returning to this. The user score made me think that i was going to hear some absolute hot garbage
