I came across this album because Davey Havok of AFI was sporting a "Theme for Great Cities" shirt in a recent photoshoot, and I decided to listen to it from the beginning instead of skipping right to that particular track. I'm always happy to listen to a band that cites AFI as a huge influence on their sound (and in this case, their name too!). Great stuff.
I only just started listening to Dorian Electra about a month ago, but this album grew on me awfully fast. Hard to pick a favorite track, there's a lot of catchy earworms on here -- Idolize, Freak Mode, Anon & Touch Grass to name a few. Love the closer track. The album did a great job at no two songs sounding too much alike, but everything is still very cohesive.
