I was feeling like crap, tired and frustrated. Listening to this definitely helped a bit. Just a super technical, fast and brutal album. Kind of soothing really.

It's not uncommon for tech death albums to be so fast, but this one feels so damn cramped. It feels like every riff and solo and beatdown is shoved in there without any care for song structure, and I really don't get anything out of it. It's a bit of a shame as the production is definitely some of the coolest you'd find for 00's death metal, and the science fiction themes are very well conveyed, I just wish everything didn't feel so thrown together x3

The Aftermath is excellent shred, sharp tone and brutal riffing amongst the frantic speed. I do with the vocals were louder in the mix. Really nice technical riffing on this track it's one of my favorites still, nice meaty grooves throughout. Algorithm continues the pacing, a bit more groove to this one but very fast paced.
