This is arguably John's most wide reaching album. 'Far Too Good' boasts 43 million Spotify streams. He jokes that the single got played on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire, one rainy day in February. It actually got onto the Co-Op radio playlist too, I'm sure. I always heard it, in said supermarket. Picking up a frozen pizza, singing this song aloud is quite something.
Whilst a great album, Great Lakes is still his magnum opus. Sadly, this album is not available on AOTY.
