There's some pretty cool Christian anthems in here, and definitly one of the better records of the Christian indie-alt rock era. If you went to Christian summer camp in the mid-to-late-2010's, you DEFINITELY jammed out to these.

what i thought: just overall pretty boring. on the bright side, In Tenderness goes hard at the church camps

This shares some of the same difficulties most Christian music has, which is the overall lack of quality. This album has religious lyrics and meanings, but few are all that deep, providing no concepts that are unique at all, just echoing what most Christian music does; “God is good. I’m bad.
