It sounds incredible and makes annoying songs from their second album actually sound good. Worth a listen for any Ghost fan.
What!? This sound is exactly what was missing!! Of the Ghost albums I've listened to these past few days this one has been my favorite. Their albums always sound so clean and although that's nice Ceremony and Devotion achieves the perfect grittiness. The live recording is energetic and engaging. The audience involvement vaguely reminds me of Baby Metal concert recordings. The band's commentary is also pretty funny.
