Man I don't know who this girl was, or what she did but he has definitely convinced me she was something close to the devil incarnate.

I fail to see how some consider this album boring and falling flat critically. I know it does not have as much rock flare as their other releases, but the landscape really builds nicely. We are on a journey of the death and grief of a love someone was not ready to give up on. Someone who feels like they were given up on and left for dead. It is very raw. I ... read more

Catchy and polished emo. I like it, it's not as heavy as it could be though.

This album is not that bad, but the drop off in quality is really noticeable, especially since the previous three albums are easily their top three best (Sing the Sorrow, Decemberunderground, and Crash Love). If anything, one thing I've noticed about AFI is that I prefer their 2000s emo stuff more than their 90s hardcore punk stuff.
