I loved the concept and I loved that this is the style after the last album. The interludes with Jim Carrey are awesome and so are Abel going ''Dawn FM!'' This is a really good start to 2022. I especially recommend this album to people who like city pop as even one of the songs, Out of Time samples Midnight Pretenders by Tomoko Aran and the album continues in this style mixed with The Weeknd's style of pop. What an athmospheric way to translate emotions to listeners. I haven't been moved emotionally like this from another record this year like this one has moved me. I love how whole the album is with how it starts and ends. Also this was such an easy listen while being so surprising at some instances. The concept and the great production helps but also every sound is so familiar yet different in quirky little ways. This man never disappoints to present a different sound. For me this is the definition of honest feelings concentrated to songs. Richard Dawson's vocals full of expression and witty and amazingly relatable lyricism does that. On top of that he can tell these amazing stories about people and places. It's just great stuff. Looking forward to what he comes up with next.
