The vibe kinda reminds me of Stardew Valley, very comfy. Also didn't realize the album was released on my birthday after listening through the whole thing, nice.
My childhood breakfast cafe experiences with my family were always soundtracked by the repetitive playing of "Song from a Secret Garden." These days, that's no longer a thing.
Holy shit, I didn't expect this album to have so many euphoric moments, especially the folk songs. One minor nitpick is that some of the drone elements dragged on a bit too long for my liking, but even that didn't bother me much. This project has given me some of the best folk songs I've ever heard ("Cauled Ones and Birth Rugs" being one of NSB's best works, if not the best), and it solidifies NSB as one of my favorite artists.
Cotton Candy really made reconsider listening to more Vocaloid albums, the instrumental in that song is insane.
“Sakura” by Hatsune Miku is a captivating album that beautifully blends traditional Japanese themes with modern electronic music. Released in 2017, this album showcases Miku’s versatility and the innovative potential of Vocaloid technology. The tracks are infused with a delicate balance of serene melodies and energetic beats, creating a unique listening experience that is both soothing and invigorating.

I expected the album to be eerie, like The Winter Ray. And, while the project remains haunting, some moments here are just pure bliss (i.e., The Cover-Up, Gary Webb, the last third of John Carpenter, Tunneling Into the Structure Until It Falls). French people did something good again.
Five minutes after listening to this project, I couldn't recall anything from it.
Absolutely enchanting. I'm new to tango, and I was relaxing and headbanging at the same time listening to this album.
The last five tracks almost had me in tears. Such a good show with such a good soundtrack.
