King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King
86

This album is great, what’s bringing it down for me is the fact that 21st century schizoid man, although being a great song, has a sax that sounds like something from a circus for a large part of the song in my opinion. Despite this, the album is incredibly exploratory in different styles to evoke a multitude of emotions from the listener. In particular, I largely enjoyed “The Court of The Crimson King” and “Epitaph”.

Pink Floyd - Animals
93

Looong songs but still entertaining the whole way through

Pink Floyd - Meddle
87

Very good, but not one of Pink Floyd’s very best.

Fleetwood Mac - Rumours
89

I love this to chill, Fleetwood Mac’s best album by far.

Iron Maiden - The Number of the Beast
86

Iron Maiden at its best.

Megadeth - Rust in Peace
97

Megadeth’s best album, thrash at its peak and Dave’s voice was partially functional for this album.

Crossfade - Crossfade
69

I quite like this album, basically all of their best songs.

Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power
92

Their best album, thrash and groove metal all in one brilliant album.

Pantera - Cowboys from Hell
88

It has some of their greatest hits.

Metallica - Kill 'Em All
98

Metallica’s thrash era was their best (imo), this album established them and many songs are so underrated.

Metallica - Ride the Lightning
98

Quite possibly Metallica’s best.

Alice in Chains - Jar of Flies
95

I love this, my favourite album to chill and listen to.

Linkin Park - Meteora
95

Best linkin park album.

Van Halen - Van Halen
91

A masterpiece from beginning to end with one of the best guitarists in history and incredible vocals to accompany that.

Pearl Jam - Ten
89

It is incredible, the vocals are amazing and the grunge feel is great.
