Oh man, I have been a fan of Unprocessed before but this whole record really elevated that for me. The screams are amazing, paired with the playful and funky riffs. It feels both very heavy whilst also being groovy.
Originally I wasn't huge on the clean vocals, but they really grew on me, particularly in Abysm where they really shine. If you like progressive metal then this is not to be missed. This whole album feels like a fresh addition to the metal scene and I cannot wait to see what ... read more
What the fuck was that?
I have been defending previous AA albums due to their genuine creativity and experimentation. The band wanted to evolve beyond just treading water in metalcore and Danny has an amazing voice for the hard rock sound they were going for. But what the fuck is this?
Genuinely, what was the point? Was there any passion behind this? Even the album art is phoned in. I'm not sure I've ever felt so compelled to turn off an album so many times. I wanted to just skim ... read more
If you liked the direction AA were going in with the last Danny-led record "From Death To Destiny" then you'll appreciate that this pretty much evolves on that.
I am one of those people. I loved that album and I really enjoyed this one. It peaks in the first half, with Alone In A Room and Into The Fire being really killer tracks, but the rest of the record is a really solid listen. Never really gets boring. Danny has a fantastic voice and it's great to hear an evolution of ... read more
Maybe it's because I haven't really listened to Asking Alexandria in 10 years but this album went pretty hard.

Honestly, an overall very enjoyable listen. The first half is more the sound I expect from AA but the second half is a really great indication of them tapping into something different than in ... read more
Every song goes insanely hard. Could listen to this record over and over, never skip a song and not get sick of it.
Every song sounds different, tries something new and really pays off. The production is fantastic and the amount of experimentation cannot be praised enough.
I love this album, it is so underrated and should not be missed. Wish it could've got the attention it deserved.
