This album lowkenuinely made me sad. I love Crystal Lake, love their albums Helix, The Sign, Into the Great Beyond, etc. I have even seen them perform live twice. However, this album was incredibly disappointing to me. Rough around the edges, but Jack is able to establish a unique sound on this record. In retrospect, this project was necessary to lay the groundwork for HiLo, and is one of the reasons it succeeded in its sound so well. The Alpha approves πΊπΊπΊπΊ
