SPELLLING takes her abilities to another place with her third album. You can feel the world she creates with her music as you descend deeper into the stories she narrates. A theatrical fairy tale of birth, death and resurrection.
All Mirros goes deep describing the pain of love, heartbreak and depression, with a beautiful instrumental composition that gives the feeling of being gently laid down by his strings. I connected a lot with this album, and the album's closer "Chance" to me is a masterpiece of a song.
I'm not too much into bluegrass music, but i think this was a lovely baptism. Can't say I wasn't shaken by the sound of this album.
Tyler talks about his struggles while growing up, all in a beautiful album filled with almost cinematic production. The lyrics can be fun, provocative and personal, so much that sometimes it feels like reading his own diary...which is ironic considering the central theme of the mask.
Real Deal creates an interest in what the band might do in the future. It's a pretty nice album, although I kinda wish it sounded more like "Don't"...an enjoyable listen for sure.
