A truly perfect album which is poetic, turbulent, sweet, and bitter. Songs that start off strong, grunge-driven, and then slow down completely, with guitars expanding in the mix. Billy Corgan’s voice, nasal yet but absolutely fitting for this record and for this band. A sequence of tracks that never get tiring, one after the other. I'm just going to review this, even if didn't listen to it entirely as I was getting bored.
Musically speaking it is a fun approach from Kendrick into more of a West Coast thing but he clearly doesn't seem to match up the high standards of it's 90's giants and the whole thing just repeatedly sounds like the continue interpolation of Not Like Us.
