The extended version gives the album more vibrancy and space to breathe. Previously incomplete songs like "Anything for love" feel like a properly developed song now.
Songs I previously liked are generally better like end of an era. Some of the vocal recordings seem better - the distracting pronunciation is less prominent.
The runtime is a bit too long and some of the songs don't really need the elongated run time, but overall this is a more fun experience.

The album is very well produced and Dua has a unique voice that sets her apart as she settles into a distinct identity. The sound is fun dance pop with really groovy bass lines and some sprinkles of interesting production that I think could be pushed even further in the future. I would prefer some of the songs to be longer, even if it's just more instrumental space.

A sensual and smooth-sounding funk album, which I discovered because of Footsteps in the Dark being sampled by Ice Cube and later Thundercat. Strong instrument playing, vocal performances, overall really nice to listen to.
I listened to this a couple of years ago because of someone on Tinder who ended up ghosting me. This is a fun funk album, very well performed and the recording has lots of body and sounds great, I was also pleasantly surprised when I heard "Oh Calcutta!" because of Amerie's 1 thing sample. A lot of it is for the vibes.
Jimi creates a thoroughly entertaining psychedelic and blues rock soundscape, showcasing fun writing, with soulful and virtuosic guitar playing. There are many highlights here: Voodoo Chile, Come On, Little Miss Strange, Burning Of, All Along... just listen to it
