Holy SHIT this hit me hard. I loved the previous Panopticon albums I listened to, but this is on a whole other level.
And please please please read the lyrics while listening, there's extra snippets in them that are not sung and the hardest hitting moments of the story are in those.

Same problem as the Undertale one: it's a very good soundtrack, but not as an album due to all the 20-second jingles and soundbites interspersed between the "real" tracks.
One of the best games ever made, with Toby's fantastic music - but listening to this as an album is just not much fun and not at all the best way to experience it. It's a bunch of great tracks interspersed with 20-second-long soundbites and jingles. Play the game instead.
Essential because it includes the title track of the album in "Frances the Mute", which feels incomplete without that song.
My favorite album of all time, by my favorite band of all time. The moment I start playing the first track, I know I won't be getting anything productive done for the next hour and a half. Also features my favorite track of all time, in the gargantuan 32-minute epic "Cassandra Gemini".
