incredible. my album of the year personally. jane’s production is astounding and the hooks on here are superrr catchy. professional vengeance, psychoboost (INSANE danny brown feature btw), turn up or die, dreamflasher, dancing with your eyes closed, and twice removed are all songs i’ve listened to 100+ times, and i'm still not over them. jane forcibly grabs your attention to these layered melodies for almost all 49 minutes of this project. god bless revengeseekerz !
no idea why user score is only 65, this album rips. it’s a little one-note, especially compared to negative spaces, but it’s still great to me. i do agree that jordan fish’s production is not exactly evolving as much as it should, but he still did great on here imo. her next project should be more broad next time tho. if fish and her release the next project with the same production as this one and half of negative spaces, it’ll be a problem. overall still a great record ... read more
genuinely so proud of her for this new direction. this song is AMAZING and her amazing singing lowkey puts her above other artists in this kinda genre. but i wont get too ahead of myself
has many great moments but fun all night, no reason, and lash out are pretty boring and i wish he did much more on them. make you dance is a cool intro good beat but feels a little too long with the songwriting being pretty bland, even for a hackle song. tose, last chapter, casket city, and get sum are great tracks though! DJ SORROW prod tags are also veryy cool and are implemented well.
if he improved on some songs and trimmed some fat this would be a 85+ album but its a little rushed it ... read more
almost 5 year wait was not worth it at all. there are awesome tracks on here, like pop out, mojo jojo, crank, good credit, opim bby, cocaine nose, HBA, wake up f1lthy, backd00r, toxic, are 8/10+ tracks. the disappointing thing tho is that this album is surrounded by unfinished or unneeded songs. crush is unfinished, evil jordan has a 50 second intro for NO reason, rather lie and fine shit are literally ai, and songs like overly and munyun are just so boring. this album has songs where carti ... read more
a fine amount of genuine great songs. flooded the face, suicide doors, patience, fire alarm, werewolf, amped, and nakamura are awesome. this album is just flooded with filler though. every other song besides the one i mentioned is just a chatgpt lyrics and beat with lil uzi's vocals edited on. i wish they tried more on this album. it seems that they were scared of losing their fanbase that specifically craves old uzi, so they did not make the tracklist experimental like the standout tracks ... read more
her voice is extremely lush and beautiful, and the production is great too. however, it all kind of falls into the same exact genre or style for the entire album. this album sounds very safe. it would be an issue if kali's voice wasn't so beautiful and the production wasn't a good style but they both sound awesome. it would be cool if she went into more genre styles with her ethereal voice. i'm not experienced with her other albums but i see Sincerely, specifically as an ... read more
carti pretty much started an entire new wave of rage-heavy trap with this album. when this album dropped on 2020, i personally did not like it. however when my music taste expanded and i started listening to more experimental genres my interest with WLR grew so heavily. i have like 1500 plays on this album. 90% of the songs hit hard, and just the fact that this album was so different from other trap albums when it dropped is awesome. way better than MUSIC
billie is a lot more mature on this album and its hard to compare this to her debut because the vibe is so different, but sonically this album sounds better than when we all fall asleep imo
my fav album ever in middle school
now i'm a senior and have expanded my taste a lot and this is great but not her best work imo. i played the shit out of this thing in 2019 so the tracks dont hit me hard anymore but the track list on this is great all around and i appreciate every track for what it does
amazing album
not much to say just great all around metal tracks and poppy's voice is so unique and pretty, it adds a lot to the listening experience to me
all remixes are great and add a lot to the songs!
same replay value of og brat too.
best remix - i think about it all the time feat. bon iver
just really awesome. tracks are more broad than other poppy albums but they’re all cohesive with one another. most likely her best album, could be slightly less cohesive/dense than i disagree.
its fun
lots of replay value
i hope all the cishet men giving this a 20 understand this album isnt for them
really cohesive and just enjoyable to listen to. her best album maybe
this is genuinely the most disgusting and diabolical diss i’ll ever hear in my lifetime.
