it’s better than I was expecting as a Kurtains hater but definitely dull at some points. the band is awesome
i liked this a lot. some of the album felt too pop-heavy for me but i can see why this is so awesome to some people
generational first half. I feel that the second half looses a ton of steam. still a great album
positive correlation between length of song titles and album quality confirmed.

"i learned about the guy whos in the album cover. his name was Marat and he was a prominent journalist during the French Revolution. you could come to him to report someone for being an enemy to the revolution and that person would disappear within the next few days. he was murdered by Charlotte Corday. i know very minimal about the whole story but I think that’s what I learned in European history"
