Just some classic shit, some of the most pristine beats and flows ever conceived.
My heart is absolutely shattered, this is a beautiful project made by someone taken far far too soon. You'll be missed Kai, rest in peace.
Pretty consistently good but kinda feels like him sticking to his stripped back folky strengths and not really trying anything besides that
I listened to this while falling asleep on a train coming home from university, and I cant lie, I just did not care for this in the slightest. I recognise the great songwriting, passionate vocals, and interesting instrumentation but no matter how objectively good those aspects of this album are, the one thing lingering over this entire thing is that john lennon pisses me off and that trumps everything else here for me.

This is my favourite album. I fully believe this to be a masterpiece in intimate, confessional songwriting and it's a true rarity. When I first listened to this I found Beach Life-in-Death to be too long, drawn out and sonically unpleasent to listen to, I have never been more wrong about something. The track is Will's magnum opus, a sprawlling 13 minute track that keeps you on your toes for its entire runtime, never letting you catch your breath.
