not really something i’d listen to but still an enjoyable album. there were some times where i felt the sound was a bit repetitive and there are parts of songs i’d change, but overall i found it a nice experience.
i’m a greeeeeep, i’m a weirdooooooo
a downward spiral of a heavily insecure man accompanied by gorgeous and wild jazz-rock. geordie greep’s debut solo album is a must listen.
a powerful send off to one of raps most lyrically powerful underground gods. rest in power KA.
tyler somehow keeps evolving sonically and it’s always a privilege to be able to listen.
the lyrical matter is personal and welds well with the gruff and sometimes angelic/whimsical production. the slight jazz inclusion through occasional horns are beautiful to the ears; even a song like judge judy, which i initially was skeptical of, sounds even better with a repeated listen (which goes for every song on the project).
album of the year contender for sure.

it captures the experience of adolescence so vividly to the point where it genuinely shocks me
LONG LIVE PEGGY

it gets better with every listen, album of the year so far easily
now this is jazz, mf so old he might’ve invented the genre for all i know
god this album is a mixed bag. when it hits it fucking hits, like lithonia is the best song donald glover has ever made, but sometimes it just doesn’t and while it’s an intriguing experience there’s some production choices and songs i cannit say im the biggest fan of. some songs feel like they drag out too long. some feel like they’re out of place. definitely a weird album but ofc my opinion and rating of it is prone to change with relistens. overall an enjoyable and ... read more
the consistent king is back with another BANGER of an album this summer and it doesnt disappoint. this shit slaps and anyone who says otherwise hates fun
what a fucking album, each half of the album flows well and contains banger after banger. not much more can be said about this piece of art. it hits emotional high after emotional high. if you haven’t listened to it yet you’ve done yourself a disservice
has some absolute classics bangers on it but i feel like it’s slightly less consistent in quality as their debut
this ep is full of flat production, draining vocals, and meghan trainor ass lyrics ;she is the main writer so thats probably one of the reasons why the project blows chunks. the only thing stopping me from giving it a lower score is that the production is sometimes bearable, given its lazy nature. if you want to subject yourself to hearing jojo siwa squawk about things she cannit relate to over half-assed pop song rip-off beats wrapped up in a phony "bad girl" persona, then this ... read more
