No, this wasn't meant to be the best album ever, like his last albums. It does it's job. It works and it works very well.

You know what this album was about? It's him repenting for the war and the discourse he caused during this beef. Reincarnated was literally all about this. Kendrick is realizing that he started that war, and even though Drake did terrible things, he started a war he shouldn't have started. This is Kendrick's redemption.
