Daft punk give life back to music on their final LP; Random Access Memories. Before i say anything else, the production quality and love that was put into this record is truly stellar, it's absolutely amazing. It fuses older music with the synthesiser filled sounds that daft punk have been come to be associated with, and it does it near perfectly.
With that said, it really does feel like some of this album drags? A lot of the songs really overstay their welcome, and i find a few of them quite ... read more
This record has some really incredible production, and a nice line-up of enjoyable features. While yeah, it isn't that deep of a record, it's a very fun listen and has high production quality. The first leg of the record is definitely the strongest, though, but that doesn't mean the later cuts are worse by any means. There are for sure forgettable songs on this though. An enjoyable little project.

It may not be the strongest record, but for sure one of my favourite neo-disco cuts I've heard lately. The bass is great, the sampling is awesome and despite being a little repetitive, the record is generally consistent in quality. The highlights really, really do shine however. Enjoyed it quite a lot, still in my rotation to this day.
