When I first listened to it back in 2021 I wasn't really impressed. Granted there was some good tracks on first listen mainly corso, wusyaname, and hot wind blows but nothing else really stood out and I must confess that on 1st listen I didn't even force myself trough the back half, stopping around massa. Portals is not a good album there are good tracks mainly the 1st 2 tracks death and void but the rest on the album are either midder than mid, painfully bad, or physically grating to the ears (looking at you spiderweb) and i did not enjoy the album, I wouldn't necessarily run up to god and ask for my time back but I will not recommend this album to others under any circumstances in order to save them of their sanity

All of the songs hold up on their own and dare i say they are all good. But as an cover to cover experience it fails to deliver on an enjoyable experience and instead turns into a mild slog after the 1st 2 tracks
