This is an album for people who are not really into music. Meaning, it's an album someone who knows few others can pull out of their ass to be part of a conversation (say at a party) and then look like they are knowledgable about popular music (the newer equivalent is talking about Tool as a whole). Everyone from Lana Del Ray, The Tindersticks, Orville Peck, and especially The White Stripes have tried replicating the sound this band generated organically over seven albums, but in the end, they came off a little too polished. Not to mention, there isn't a bad album in the seven studio releases - if you're a fan.

Ahead of its time. RV is a stand-alone classic like none other.

Sure to delight fans of arthouse Gods, The Talking Heads, The Rezillos, Suburban Lawns, Oingo Boingo, and Wall of Voodoo. Stand-out tracks are Kitchen Floor and Mona Lisa.
