Geese - 3D Country

I love this album so much.

I remember being blown away listening to this album for the first time. It was the night before the first day of junior year of high school, it was also when I was first getting really serious about music and my passion for it. It has remained one of my go-to albums

The guitars are beautiful and varied, yet can be energizingly aggressive and abrasive. with great tones
Unique songwriting with some wacky and fun structures.

The White Stripes - De Stijl
81

I was obsessed with this record around a year ago when I really got into The White Stripes.
It still has some great songs but it's grown off me a bit.

Still a great album though!

Edit: This album grew back on me a bit

Score change: (77 --> 81)

Helmet - Meantime

a bop but it gets a bit repetitive toward the end.

The drummer really stands out for me during this project

Nirvana - In Utero
96

To think I once thought this project was overrated.

Boyscott - Goose Bumps

I frickin love this album.

I see them live in a couple months and I'm excited.
I'm also super excited for their new album that's going to come out.

Jack White - No Name
90

Incredibly fun garage rock album with punchy riffs and charismatic vocals.

I love jack white, big inspiration for me on the guitar.

I still like his other more recent stuff but I'm very glad he decided to have another go at the raw garage rock like he did with the white stripes.

The Beatles - Rubber Soul
85

I think this album deserves a 90+ listening on Vynal, but I don't like how extreme the panning is when I'm wearing headphones.
