this man has one of the most abrasive, obnoxious vocal performances ever heard, and his lyrical abilities follow suit. much of the production works well, but rarely does anything placed atop it.
Unlike Charli, I don't call Taylor a "boring Barbie". I call her a massive sellout with no artistic integrity. This album isn't awful because she tried and failed, it's awful because she did not try, because she did not feel she had to. It's slop she's thrown out to the masses of her fanbase because she knows they'll be there to consume it regardless.
A lot of the songs follow a repetitive structure, and a couple tracks don't hold up, but overall, Doja's charisma and lyricism are undeniable. Shame about Lucas.
