This 1997 EP was really enjoyable to listen to. I had never heard of this band before listening, but I will definitely revisit this project quite a bit with time, it's a hidden gem.

Tracks on this project feel like premeditated version of one's off of Death Cab For Cutie's, 'Transatlanticism' as well as projects by Title Fight. There's a lot of interesting stuff on here and I'm really glad I got to hear it.

I think this LP is underscores' best one. The first two tracks on this one are really fun, but unfortunately brought down by an incredibly mediocre third track. Four and five were also fun, but then the same thing happens. "Do It" was my favorite single from this project and it stands as the strongest on the record still. Luckily, the end of the record closes well, not following the pattern from before with a few good ones and then a bad one. "Bodyfeeling" and ... read more
This is my 600th review! Yay! I don't know how this record has eluded me for so long, I listened to every other mixtape and LP by Kendrick, but somehow never got around to this one. Anyways, here are my thoughts! First of all, the sampling on this is beautiful, the first two tracks have some incredibly important messages covered and it's really creative seeing how Kendrick mixes in his samples. I also found the more pop-inspired approach compared to his previous record to be ... read more
This was quite grating to listen to I can't lie. This project isn't a great debut especially for the genre its apart of. The lyrics are incredibly surface level and the instrumentation just isn't fun to listen to on 90% of these tracks. It's unfortunate considering how much I love their newer work, but this project does nothing for me.
1. Garbage Fire: 6/10
2. Loogie Noise: 6/10
3. Pucker Up Buttercup: 6/10

I heard “Let’s Get Married” a few years back in Heartstopper and have been passively curious with this record ever since. It eluded me for a long time, but after listening to it fully, I’ve had a good time with it. The enjoyable tracks are beautiful and the lower moments aren’t very low. The cohesion on this is pretty poor, but its made up for by the tracks having a great overall quality to them.
The metalcore drums to open this record were really fucking sick. There was also some cool moments like that of “Thnks fr th Mmrs” and “The Carpal Tunnel Of Love”. Outside of that everything else was either bad or just enjoyable enough to not be grating. Unfortunately not as amazing as some of their other projects. Bonus tracks were fun, but didn’t innovate either.
15. G.I.N.A.S.F.S.: 8/10
16. It’s Hard To Say “I Do”, When I Don’t: 7/10
This project is really interesting, because its vastly different from "REVENGESEEKERZ", yet it released in the same year. It's also really fun to hear some of the same motifs from that record on this one, most notably at the end of "Famous Girl". There's some really interesting production elements on this one, but the slow feeling behind it does get to me at times and made it hard to fully digest. It's fun, but far from the perfect album that I found her other ... read more
Pretty boring and lackluster rock record that fails to innovate on most of its tracks ideas.
Interesting sound on this LP, but it loses any charm due to the insane runtime on these tracks. They'd all be better if they were 5-6 minutes tops.
This record takes on a lot more criticism than it deserves. It’s fun, groovy, and has some somber moments too. It’s far from perfect, but its just as far from imperfect too.
It's cute and quirky, but that's about where the enjoyable parts end.
1. Never Better: 7/10
2. Nothing to Do with Me: 7/10

5. Take Me Out: 8/10
This is a really beautiful and unique indie pop record. The vocals were stellar, the instrumentation was up there as well and the writing was incredibly solid. I love lots of elements of this project and thought it was incredibly immersive.

This project is unique but undeniably weaker than a lot of their other works.
1. GLOVES: 7/10
2. LAB COAT: 8/10
3. FACIAL PROTECTION: 7/10
This is one of Equipment's lowest rated EP's and I really don't get why. The last track is really weak, but the first three are incredibly enjoyable despite that.

3. Finstacore: 8/10
