after looking into the lyrics more, i have concluded that this album is the winner (get it yes you do) this takes the cake. while telling an intellectual and spiritually connected story, giannascoli finds a way to make every song complete, sensible, and collected. even instrumental tracks convey an emotion. gorgeous guitar and the hints of violin we can hear tie into the alex g sound. god save the animals is one of the top albums from 22. combining ... read more
no skips SURPRISINGLY but a very constant album. too repetitive but fun. maybe i need to listen closer but never had a real story, which i tend to draw closer to. range of instruments in use but um some of it was a little cheesy
non-single songs were bomb and the vocals were perfect. added more instruments and there was more of a story/motive to this album compared to just…… love songs. will be good for summer
