This was a great step up from minutes to midnight imo. They went back to their roots with a similar sound to Hybrid Theory if they just stay away from the unnecessary inturludes and keep the rock vibe clear throught it would be great. Such a great comeback though leaving me satisfied on my full catalog listen
This is a very slept on album with 2 of the best trap artists of the 2010s. So many hits here. Wish people would talk about this more
Everyone says this is the most underrated DOOM project but I found nothing special about it. Some boring tracks throughout with a few beats that just feel wrong for some reason.
Ok so like this is amazing. What an insane step from "The Melodic Blue" the only song I have a problem with is "Dramatic Girl" cuz what is that jolly ass beat he on, this is not the keem i know 😭
This album packs an insane amount of quality at nearly half the time of "The Melodic Blue"
Decided to give keem a listen since Casino dropped today.
Solid debut for keem. From what I heard its mostly self produced and keem does a good job with his rapping style over the vibrant beats he makes. Can't wait to see what's in store for my listen on Casino.
Im not a fan of the R&B Genre so take this 50 lightly. Brent Faiyaz is a great singer and the beats are good its just not something I can find myself listening to throughout my day. If you are a fan of the R&B Genre you would probably love this.
Beautiful album start to finish.
The Alchemist is one of the greatest producers to ever walk this planet And Freddie is such an underrated artist its literally a crime.
Saw that this was getting a lot of praise and decided to give it a listen since I had never heard of this guy before.
Decent project with a nice flow to it. The transitions between songs are insane. Features carry but still a great listen. would recommend.
Big disappointment, nothing interesting about the album and a few ok songs
Doom definitely went light on this one.
Dont get me wrong, this album is very enjoyable especially if you grew up in the adult swim era of tv, there are a lot of references to tv shows like Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Space Ghost (they literally have tracks about the show in the album.) With DOOM still continuing to do his best with his wild sampling and great rhyming abilities on each track, its an enjoyable listen.
Madlibs production over DOOMs rapping ability leads to a legendary and timeless collab album you will not forget.
Even though this EP is 3 just 3 songs, it contains some of DOOMs best work
DOOM is the sample king, this is an insane feat for an artist like DOOM to start out on with his beautiful production and flows. Sounds even better after every listen you give it.
R.I.P. MF DOOM
One of the greatest rappers in the underground scene
This was just hot garbage, such a disappointing album. Only 3 good songs, everything else was terrible.
Definitely not as bad as people describe it. There are a select few songs that are good, overall not a terrible experience just felt bloated.
Also WOBBLE IT WIGGLE IT WOBBLE IT WIGGLE IT WOAAHHHHHHHHH
Back in 2018, I had never heard of Travis until sicko mode blew up. Travis grew his audience with this positively perceived summer album.
