Indian Summer - Indian Summer

One of my favourite obscure records, very Crimson-esque in a way; Black Sunshine reminds me a lot of ITCOTCK track 1.

Van der Graaf Generator - Still Life

I don't truly know what to say... Truly one of the greatest albums of all time! Hammill and the gang soar to new heights with this one. I've listened to so many Hammill solo projects that I've managed to forget how cool his sci-fi stuff is. This has perhaps the best written songs out of the entire vintage VdGG catalogue.

Arzachel - Arzachel

This album is one single bad trip. Clean Innocent Fun is my fav, and also a misnomer.

Khan - Space Shanty

Steve Hillage justifies his wizard status once again! Very smooth gituar, brought to you by the aformentioned wizard.

High Tide - Sea Shanties

Heavy as fuck, 1969?!?!?!?! Not a huge fan of track 4, but the rest are incredible. People, this was recorded before ITCOTCK!

Peter Hammill - In Camera

Incredibly dark and edgy but somehow endearing at the same time. Not a single bad track, and every one of them put Hammills incredible songwriting front and centre. I've spent too many hours on sofasound dot com pouring though the words and I'm amazed every time I do, because I find a new interpretation of Gog each time.

Banchee - Banchee

Very very good, most of it at least. Train of life is the only song I don't love more than my future children.

"@frogofprog Posted my review. I like it less overall, but there are more mediocre songs on Journey than Tab; the first half of this album is kindof... meh, I just love the aformentioned songs so much it makes up for it."
