This is The Solidified’s most polished, cohesive record yet; keeping the same experimental vibe and unique soundscape as its older siblings, but still having a distinctly more rock-oriented, guitar-based sound, with more coherency given to that experimentation in a way.

I first heard this album as a grubby little 10 year old barely starting to get a grasp of what music even was, and it blew my mind. This band was near everything I listened to for the whole following year and a little more.
Revisiting it properly now after years [and around its tenth anniversary!] I am happy to say 10 year old me had Good Taste.
