It's violent, unhinged, energetic, funny and quirky (though maybe a tad bit too much at times). Overall a really good listen.

As soon as you listen to the first line in Random Rules, "In 1984 I was hospitalized for approaching perfection", you know you're about to listen to some of the best written poetry in music history.

When I was checking out to some of the tracks individually I thought this was gonna be a banger but listening to the thing as a whole... Kinda let me down. Top Track: The Frontier Index
Huge improvement over their first album, the writing is honestly perfect, some of the best written lyrics I have ever listened to and the record boasts many of the band's strongest songs, from the gloomy How To Rent a Room to the interesting and eerie The Frontier Index. The whole experience felt to me like walking down a cold street at night but the last track was, in a way, a breath of hope that concluded the album in a very nice way.
