Lorde - Take Me to the River

Holy sh*t! That’s a surprise!

Taylor Swift - evermore

After listening at the concert, 'tis the damn season, tolerate it, and marjorie become much more impactful tracks. Of course, the champagne problems has always been the best track. This album ages well with time. I would now think it is as good as folklore.

Justin Timberlake - Everything I Thought It Was

Horrible person and horrible music

Kacey Musgraves - Deeper Well

Such a beautiful and sweet album

The War on Drugs - I Don't Live Here Anymore

I guess because their previous two albums are more instrument-based, in this album, they try to be more lyricist, which however makes this album stand not as strong as the previous.

Wolf Alice - Blue Weekend

I find it a bit underrated. The album is full of strong emotion. It was a real blast for me at first listen.

The War on Drugs - A Deeper Understanding

Fortunate to have a chance to their concert (in Singapore, unbelievable!) The live was amazing. The instruments and sound effects were superb. Love Pain so much in this album.

Billie Eilish - WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?

It's good album for the young people and well-produced, considering it's made in bedroom......

Lorde - Melodrama

Best album of all time. Every song is perfect.
I admit this album altered my taste to music, and led me to discover more music jewel.

Carly Rae Jepsen - E•MO•TION
95

I really really really really really really like this album.

Lana Del Rey - Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd
86

It's slow burning. Though some parts feel a bit dragging, but overall there are so many highlight spots.
Let the light in is such a beautiful song, especially with Father John Misty voice. And Peppers isn't that bad lol.

Angel Olsen - Big Time

It's very calming

Taylor Swift - folklore
98

A good album is the one that you won't get tired of after many times listening. Sometimes it even gets better as time, like premium tea or latte - the aftertaste just lingers. Folklore is like this. It brings so much calm energy, soothing and healing. Folklore so far stands for the peak of Taylor's songwriting ability. Will it still be the best in the future, who knows?

Taylor Swift - 1989

It is a pop classic definitely. The first track Welcome To New York is like a metaphor of Taylor entering pop era, shining, sparkling, and fresh. Not to mention the highlights of the album Blank Space, Style, and Wildest Dreams, which most of people like. Indeed, I like the vibe of Shake If Off, "haters gonna hate hate hate... I just wanna shake shake shake..." It's great and fun.

To be honest, I can't really enjoy some part of the album, like the track All You Had To Do Was Stay, I ... read more

Sufjan Stevens - Javelin
93

Everything in the album is in a great harmony and consistency. Sufjan's strong emotion under the peaceful songs easily reaches listener. It's not as artistic as Illinois, not as fantastic as The Age of Adz, not as sorrowful as Carrie & Lowell, but it's deep and slow-burning.

Taylor Swift - Midnights
95

Though not my most favorite, but it's Taylor's strongest, most confident, and sincerest album. The self-loathing, self-conflicting, emotionally sensitive lyrics fit well with the big topic "Midnights", when most of us also tend to be more fragile, over-thinking, and depressed.

Tranquil and peaceful. Some parts sound quite like Lana Del Ray's "love is a dangerous thing..."

"I don't think there is a skip in this album. The track with lowest rating does not mean it's a filler."
